- Government funding is available to all children the term after their third birthday to the following guidelines
- Birthdays between: September 1st - December 31st funded in January
- Birthdays between: January 1st - March 31st funded after Easter Holidays
- Birthdays between: April 1st - August 31st funded in September
- Five sessions will be available to each child once funding is available
- If 5 sessions are not taken, parents will be able to increase sessions at the beginning of each term (not half termly)
- Summer born children (April 1st . August 31st) will be offered a Monday afternoon session during the Summer term before they are due to start school (if numbers are viable)
- Children born during the Autumn and Spring Terms (Sept 1st . Dec 31st and Jan 1st . March 31st respectively) will be offered a Thursday afternoon session from the term after they are four (if numbers are viable)
